The hotel was a great base for sightseeing in Interlaken. The staff at the check-out were very nice and really friendly. I really enjoyed the king room with a balcony, and it was equipped with central heating, multi-channel television, and a radio.

I liked the rooms,cleanliness and the mountainous view location.

There is noting that I have not liked in this hostel.

it was newly renovated hotel with excellent co-operating staff at the check-out. the location was particularly good to bus station that takes you to the train station, near a bus stop.

The hotel is cute and impeccably clean with extremely polite staff. The breakfast offers a nice variety of bread and cheese. The location is absolutely incredible and within walking distance from Tellspiele. it was an excellent experience.

The bathroom in the room is a kind of a contairer and was built recently.Maybe due to recent works, there was a very strong smell in the room and bathroom which was annoying. The breakfast is a bit poor.

The room and the shared washroom are clean. Location of hotel is good. It is easy to venture to mt jungfrau using the bus and then trains up the top of europe from the hotel. You can take a walk from hotel to city. It is about 20 mins. The hotel staff are friendly.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Location is a decent walk from cental Interlaken, but this is reflected in the rate

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke good English and were able to assist with any questions or concerns. the free breakfast was a great perk, and even when we had to check out early, they packed it up for us to take with us. the bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and it seemed like they were cleaned daily. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with nearby food shops, bars, and easy access to bus stations. the front desk lady, Dora, was especially nice and went out of her way to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The staff was quite friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information about the area and gave us tips on what to do during our Christmas visit. the location of the hotel was also quite convenient, with bus stations nearby and beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. we were able to enjoy a cozy room with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi.

There were a few things that could have been better. the hotel itself was quite old, which resulted in a lot of noise whenever someone walked, turned on the water, or opened/closed the doors.
